The government's e-recruitment portal, run by the Ministry of Public Service and Labour, showed 11 open adverts covering 87 posts on the morning of 2 November 2026. All 11 opened between 23 and 29 October, and they all close by 6 November.

Huye District has the most, with 75 cell-level posts: 51 Urban and Economic Development Officers and 24 Human Capital and Social Development Officers. Both adverts close on 2 November. They carry a written exam, a psychometric test and an oral exam.

Rwanda Basic Education Board also closes on 2 November. It has one post for a Mathematics and Science and Elementary Technology teacher, and one for a Social and Religious Education teacher.

City of Kigali has 2 posts for a Procurement Specialist, closing on 3 November, and one Accountant post, closing on 4 November. University Teaching Hospital of Butare wants a Radiographer and a Storekeeper, also by 4 November.

The National Public Prosecution Authority wants an Administrative Assistant to the Prosecutor General by 5 November. The Ministry of National Unity and Civic Engagement has 3 posts for Genocide Memorials and Site Management Officers and one for an Audio-visual Digitization and Preservation Specialist, both on contract and both closing on 6 November.

The portal's countdown runs until just before midnight Kigali time on the closing date, but don't leave it that late. Open the advert on the portal for its full duties and requirements before you apply, and check the list again, since adverts open and close through the week.

Applying is free, and nobody should pay anyone for a government job or a place on a list. If someone asks you for money, walk away.
